I had a wonderful buying experience at Whiteside Motors. Chris, Jerry and William are awesome. They are honest, fair and pleasant to do business with. Chris took the time to describe the motorcycle and its options in detail and there was no pressure at all to buy. I appreciate everyone there and will do my best to purchase my next vehicle or motorcycle from Whiteside.

I’ve bought 3 bikes from Robin and I’m trying my best to get another down payment for another before the weather gets ugly. They make sure you leave happy and never have to comeback because the inventory isn’t on the property unless it’s passed Robins standards. He has a great team and a great reputation. I’ve been a customer for almost 20yrs now!!

Great experience with owner, Robin, and his son. Bought a 2014 Indian Chieftain and then had to delay coming to Austin to pick it up (I live in VA). Robin was great. He stored the bike for over two months while I tried to make travel arrangements in the midst of the COVID crises. When I finally got there he had the bike prepped and ready to go. I was out of there in 30 minutes. The bike is great and I am very thankful for the experience. They have a cool shop too. I definitely recommend these guys.

I had been looking to buy a later model Harley Davidson for a month or so and found 2 that were exactly what I was I wanting. They were both in Austin so I drove 2 1/2 hours (twice. long story) but Robin at Whiteside motors made me I deal on the one I wanted most. (The other one was at another dealer close by). Robin made the deal quick and easy. The bike is incredible. Looks like new, runs like new and I have put almost 1,000 miles on it in the last month since I bought it. No issues with the bike. No issues with the sale. Whiteside Motors is the place to go. The guys were great. Everyone was nice and friendly and didn't play games. Highly recommended!

Business has been open since I was in high school. Disappointed in the service and broken promises. Owners comes a cross as helpful but from what i noticed cant keep promises and all about getting your money. I contacted this dealership 4 times. Nobody followed up after the 1st time. I found transit van i liked the owner said bring $3500 next week i hold it for you. Thinking a hand shake meant something I left. Then 2 days later they are calling me saying someone is interested in truck and i need to outbid them and put money down to hold van. I informed them thats not what i was told they didn't care. I called the bluff do you know that van was on their website for months. Went in few weeks ago no follow up. Told me to put 9k down on used van... This place is a joke went to gol got in a van less than a week!
