I can’t say enough good things about my experience ! After I Ubered all the way from San Antonio thinking I was already approved for a car, I found out I actually wasn’t. I was discouraged and honestly thought I was going home empty-handed. Thankful for Elizabeth and the supevisor that stayed behind to help they didn’t give up on me. Even though it was late and she could have easily left, she stayed behind, was incredibly patient, and worked hard to find a way to get me approved. She treated me with kindness, kept me informed throughout the process, and truly went above and beyond. Because of her dedication and determination, I was able to drive home in a car that I absolutely love! I’m so grateful for everything she did and highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping her customers. Ms. Liz was amazing! She was very professional and made the entire process simple and stress-free. She gave me the freedom to choose what I wanted and never pressured me. She even allowed me time to sit down with my parents to make sure the vehicle was the right fit for me. This is my second vehicle with TAC, and Ms. Liz made the experience so enjoyable that it makes me want to come back again and recommend TAC to others. The process was smooth, easy, and fast—I was in and out in less than two hours. She was awesome!

Kimberly is the reason I continue to recommend Texas Auto Center. She has helped me and several of my family members get into vehicles, and every single time I've needed help, she has been there to find a solution. She is kind, caring, professional, and truly goes above and beyond for her customers. She treats people with respect and makes you feel like more than just another customer. If I could rate her higher than a 10, I would—she's a 1000/10! She completely broke my rating scale with how amazing she is. I can't thank her enough for everything she's done for me and my family. On the other hand, my experience with Crystal in the service department has been very disappointing. During one service visit, my tire was damaged while my vehicle was there, and she wanted to charge me for the damage. Even though I told her how it was wrong that I gave her my vehicle with no tire damage and I expected to get it back the same way and she recommended I talked to Danny but he isn't service nor at tire tech. She told me on a Friday that their tire tech will be out for 2 weeks. Thankfully, Kimberly stepped in, took care of the situation, and made sure everything was made right. Unfortunately, every interaction I've had with Crystal has come across with a petty attitude and an unwelcoming tone, making the experience much more stressful than it needed to be. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about her customers, ask for Kimberly. She is the best, and she's the reason I continue to recommend Texas Auto Center.
