This was my first time buying my own vehicle. I had done a lot of research on what to expect and do during a used car purchase. From beginning to end, I got great service from KW. He was empathetic and kind, also a great communicator. I’m really happy with my vehicle and the dealership overall.

I went to Driscoll to buy a Chevy truck but after looking at everything they had I selected a Ford Truck that seemed nice and clean. The sales guy was very nice and worked with me for two hours. I took the truck home that day. In two days I heard a squeaking sound. I knew that I had no warranty but I took it back to the lot anyway. The salesman, KW, stopped the mechanic from going to lunch and got the mechanic to look at it. He found a pulley that he said was going bad. I was told that it might take over an hour but I needed to get it fixed. The next thing I know KW had gone and gotten the new parts and brought me and the mechanic burgers and fries. In an hour and a half the truck pulled up out front sounding great and all freshly washed. They had replaced the pulley and put on a new serpentine belt. I tried to pay and KW said "no way". I was amazed at how nice he was. This is the best car lot experience I have ever had. I've had the truck for almost a year, 35,000 miles, and not another single problem. I will never go to anywhere else to buy a used car or truck. Thanks To Driscoll

My family has purchased 8(or maybe 9?) vehicles from Driscoll over the last 12 or so years. They always have mechanically sound vehicles at great prices. Don’t have to haggle with anyone since the price is always well below NADA. K.W. was my contact on this purchase and he was extremely friendly and straightforward. I’ve recommended this dealership to many people and will be back hear again for the next vehicle my family needs.

K.W. was a great sales consultant. Had great recommendations for inspectors and transport companies also. Very knowledgeable and professional.

If more dealers were like Todd and his people working with him the car buying process wouldn't be so dreadful. He went the extra mile to detail the car and even fill the gas. He was the first dealer I ever met that had a trustworthy demeanor. I bought my CTS and it was the smoothest process I have had thus far. He has beautiful, reliable vehicles that are fairly priced. I love my car and am happy I found a place to buy my vehicles in Texas. I was so happy until 2 weeks later and a service bill of $4806 after paying my whole savings of $21,319 in cash. I am now losing my home this car has literally broke me and when I called and asked for help i was given the run around and than not answered at all. Unfortunate.
