Sammy and team absolutely deserve their 4.8 star Google rating. I had an incredible experience here- no hassle, no pressure. Sammy was knowledgeable, professional, and so wonderful to work with! They just got in the vehicle I was looking at and were already on top of replacing the front tires and they immediately refilled the Freon for the AC when I made them aware the AC wasn’t working well (this is the warmest day we have had in Austin in weeks, mind you). I was able to drive my purchase off of the lot same day with everything addressed in record time. This was genuinely the best car buying experience I have had and I cannot sing their praises enough. The lot is also full of cars with great mileage, great condition, and very competitive pricing. No need to haggle! They truly take the condition of their inventory into account and price fairly. I’ve had my car well over a month and it’s been in great condition! They have the online website with their inventory and the carfax which was very helpful in finding a good reliable car for me. Definitely check out the carfax to check the cars history but overall 10/10 cars and customer service. It had easy minor fixes but considering the price for mileage and the year it was well worth the price. Had lots of Hondas and Toyotas with good mileage, price, and carfax. Definitely worth checking their inventory!

Had a wonderful time buying my car!! Everyone was so nice and friendly, and after lots of conversation with Ms. Sammy I felt very confident that this was a great place to buy from!! They said that they buy from auction and drive each car for 2 whole weeks after purchasing to ensure there are absolutely no problems with the drive and I can ensure that it's probably the smoothest car I've ever driven!!! Had lovely small talk and got to admire their cute puppy dog, Teddy!!! Would absolutely buy a car from them again! 10/10

Great car buying experience! The car has been running great and I feel lucky to find such a clean vehicle with premium features for the price we paid. Sammy was very nice and it was great to hear her talk about how selective they are in acquiring vehicles. They definitely prioritize building trust and a good brand. I will definitely look at their inventory again when I need a vehicle. Oh and her dog was so chill and super cute!

Had a good experience purchasing a used car here and trading in my old one. Sammy was very helpful and friendly. She was quick to respond and assist with the process. The vehicle was described well and inspection came back clean. I think they have a really good selection with fair pricing. The only thing I would let others know about is that the interior will need a deeper clean than what was provided but this place is great. I highly recommend to choose them when looking for a used vehicle.
