Really great people there I got a 2013 Honda Accord from Jeffrey super nice very welcoming and a friendly person I can tell he genuinely is a people person and the car I got is great. It’s a Honda of course, but he took good care of it Smell nice look nice. Got to test drive it. He even let me hold the car with a down payment so really good guy and a good company if you need a car come by.

I had the best experience with Jeff at Austin Expo Cars. He could have just pushed for a sale, but he always did what was best for me as the consumer at every turn. I have bought a LOT of cars in my lifetime, and I have never come across a salesman with the level of integrity that he has. Buying a new car is usually a very stressful experience, especially if you’re trying to get the best deal, but this was a great experience all around!!

I had a great experience here! I got into an accident and needed a new car in a hurry. Jeff made the process extremely easy for my family and I, and my new Mazda is great! I absolutely recommend this place if you are in the market for a used car!!

Wife and I drove into Austin for a Longhorns game and with the possibility of purchasing a LX 579 from Austin Expo Cars. I have been in contact with Jeff all week prior before the trip. He was great from start to finish. Car was exactly in the condition that was advertised and the price was great! Also wonderful that they are military friendly. The whole experience was seamless! Jeff even met us on Sunday to let us pick us the vehicle to drive back home. It performed amazingly. Drive as good as my 2020 LC200 with over twice the miles on the clock. . I would 100 percent recommend this dealership and Jeff! Awesome experience!

My experience with Austin Expo Cars was extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend doing business with them. Jeff was the salesperson who sold me the vehicle. After the purchase, the title and registration paperwork was not properly submitted for more than 60 days, leaving me waiting far beyond the timeframe I was originally led to expect. I repeatedly followed up seeking updates and resolution. After months of delays, I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and contacted the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. Only after those efforts was the title paperwork finally submitted - despite what Jeff had told me. No customer should have to spend this much time and effort chasing down basic title and registration paperwork after purchasing a vehicle. What should have been a straightforward transaction became a lengthy and stressful process. To make matters worse, I am now dealing with vehicle issues as well. While mechanical problems can happen with any used vehicle, the overall experience has left me with very little confidence in Austin Expo Cars. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage potential buyers to carefully consider whether they want to do business with Austin Expo Cars.
