LONE STAR is the Best place to get a lift on your Jeep. I had Lone Star install a RC 2.5" lift/upgraded shocks on my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Major improvement as far as driving (and looks!) so much smoother- night and day difference on appearance and drive. Excellent thorough install; great prices, constant communication and warranty with alignments included. There wasn't one time I called that Lone star didn't answer. Not once. Everyone there truly goes above and beyond. Extremely happy with everything and wouldnt change a thing about how they do business. Cant recommend this shop enough. Honest people that do an absolutely awesome job. Thank you Lone Star. :)

Had a Great experience today at this location. All of the staff I encountered today were welcoming, kind and helpful. Adam was very professional and trustworthy throughout my entire process of purchasing the vehicle, would highly recommend him to those looking to purchase a vehicle. Vehicle is in great condition and was a very great deal. Zero complaints, amazing job!

We really had a wonderful experience with the MJ and their manager Tariq during our recent visit. The negotiation process was very fair, and they were open and transparent in discussing our offer. We truly appreciate that they worked with us to reach a good deal that suited both sides. Both sales person and the manager were extremely humble, polite, and friendly throughout the process, making us feel comfortable and valued as customers. Their professionalism and genuine approach made the experience smooth and pleasant. Cars condition not described at all. It was mess! Stay away from this place. Electrical crap all over the place , they never told me about, a blown strut, no tread on tires, coolent leak and ac not working. You could tell they didn’t even check, leaves blew out the vents when turned on. Clutch-and flywheel destroyed. And front bumper was completely miss aligned. Cost me nearly 30K in repairs. Not a good company to work with. Also Illinois had to file a complaint against them to return the tax’s I paid on the car. It took 6 months and the court made them refund me that money.

Bought a car from these guys and gave me nothing but false information about the car. Car started having issues a 4 days after buying it but that's the least of the problems.. these guys failed to get the paperwork in order and the car i bought is still under someone else's name. At the moment I can't even get a registration sticker because these guys are not answering calls anymore. Don't trust a guy named Ceasar at all. He's the worst one there. He'll tell ya what you want to hear but not what you NEED to hear about the car. False information. I don't recommend these guys at all. Completely disappointed
