I am thrilled with my experience at Auto Paradise. I purchased a 2012 Cadillac Escalade from Shawn and I couldn't be happier! 85,000 miles, no rust, and it looks like it just drove off the showroom floor. I picked it up in person and drove it back to Connecticut Via the Florida panhandle and then up the Blue Ridge Parkway. There's no chance I was finding a used vehicle in this condition in the northeast. All the vehicles at Auto Paradise were stored inside a climate control building, and every vehicle I saw in the current inventory was a gem! Thanks for a great purchasing experience, I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

We bought a 2014 Chevy Express 3500. Speaking with Shawn, he was confident in his vehicles and made the whole buying experience easy and smooth. We bought the vehicle sight unseen, as we are out of state. This is something I never thought I would do, but he had so many highly rated reviews and many other buyers had done the same thing. Shawn even arranged the shipping. We paid for it on Tuesday, van was loaded on Wednesday (Shawn sent photos) and the van was in our possession on Thursday. The best part was, we were able to leave on vacation 2 days later and be at peace the vehicle was road-trip ready! Buying a used car, you never know what issues could arise. We put it to the test right out of the gate on a 2000 mile trip and all went smoothly. Cosmetically, these vans are notorious for peeling paint. Several places had been touched up on this one. I will mention that a little more care could have been taken to protect the unpainted surfaces, but I’m also thankful that they put in the extra time to turn out a clean, reliable vehicle. I bought a 2010 Ford Edge Limited from Shawn back on February 10, 2025. He posted a detailed video of it on the website that I watched numerous times while searching for my "new" vehicle. Everything looked very clean and well maintained by the original owner. It only had around 84k miles, and both exterior and interior were extremely clean. Now it has about 96k miles, and I couldn't be happier with this purchase. It has performed flawlessly for over 6 months. I did need to install new tires, which I did a few weeks ago, but that was discussed prior to purchase. I have changed the oil twice now, the 2nd time was last weekend, and I did it myself that time. As I rolled underneath it, I was amazed at how clean everything was. It really is a quality vehicle. The interaction with Shawn was pleasant. He is straight to the point, which I like. He knows the vehicles he is offering for sale are in excellent condition, and invites you inspect everything to make sure. The purchase couldn't have been smoother. He knows exactly what he is doing, and I was in and out quickly. When it comes time for me to purchase another vehicle, I'm going straight to Shawn's website to see what he has in stock. This is the most transparent dealer I've ever dealt with and I feel great about the vehicle I bought. I was never given a sales pitch or asked what monthly payment I wanted. Sean let me inspect everything and ask as many questions as I felt needed, even on a holiday weekend. He recommended reputable lenders and warranties his work. You can tell that he runs an honest business, and Tony was there every step of the way with an eagerness to assist and make sure my vehicle was ready for purchase. You can tell these guys are excellent at what they do. I found them to be thoughtful and respectful, and I hope to do business with them again one day.

I bought a 2000 Ford Ranger in 2026 from Shawn and his team. Their 125 point inspection ensured that the vehicle was ready to safely hit the road as soon as I got it. He was easily reached and answered my questions very quickly, making the sale very easy even though I’m from out of state. Shawn arranged for shipping 1000 miles, to my door, in Wisconsin. Top notch dealership. Would absolutely buy again from here again.
