He got a front license plate bracket installed on the car that was missing. 10 days after the purchase, he assisted with problem solving my follow up questions about receiving the financing welcome packet by doing a three-way call with Capital One on the spot. He has been super responsive, always immediately available, and more than happy to help in any way he can. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience!
I had a really good experience purchasing from Jaykar Group :) !! I originally found the car online and went in to look at a 2014 Toyota RAV4. Eddie helped me throughout the process and made everything very easy to understand. He was very patient with the language barrier and took the time to clearly explain everything step by step. They made sure I understood everything and never pressured me during the entire process. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend Eddie and Jaykar Group to any first-time buyers looking to buy a car!!

I ended up not purchasing a vehicle from these guys, but I was very impressed with how straight forward and honest they were. Renewed a bit of my faith in humanity if I’m being honest. I will certainly be starting my next car purchase here first. The only reason I didn’t buy a car was because I liked a different model better that they didn’t have. Genuinely wish I could’ve supported their business.

Family owned, and they treat you like it. Replaced parts even after we agreed on price (including the windshield). Did fresh oil change. Jumped through hoops to make it right and they covered it all.
