They were very responsive, easy to deal with, gave me timely updates on delivery and delivered my vehicle to MS with no issues. After searching for few months for specifically a Toyota Solara convertible for my wife, I came across one at NESCO in Arlington, TX On my first visit: I was promptly greeted by Rami in a respectful and kind manner. Immediately he invited me to look at my convertible I was looking fo. He insisted I could take my time and ask for any questions. That Immediately made feel under no pressure at all. Rami even allowed me to connect my personal scanners for a deeper diagnosis and appreciation. Took the car for a drive test and I was very impressed for the quality on that ride. Came inside the office and discussed few details regarding the car like with any other used vehicle. We then came to an agreement with offer and closed the deal. I put a deposit on it and he was kind enough to hold the vehicle for two weeks as I intended to make a cash purchase and have it ready just on time for a special gift for my wife. He assured me the car wouldn't leave the lot anymore. On my second visit: The car was ready for me for pick up waiting inside their garage and ready to go. Rami greeted me and ask if I wanted to take a second look or even drive it out again! I said I was fine. I brought my beautiful Lexus LS L for him to consider a TRADE . He drove tested it we discussed few details and came to an agreement on his offer! It didn't take more than five minutes to finalize the rest of the paperwork and I was on my way out the door. Last week I received registration on my vehicle and my whole transaction is complete. Outstanding experience! I had been looking for a low mileage Pontiac Solstice GXP for quite a while, and Nesco Auto Group had exactly what I’ve been looking for.
