I would give no stars. Company is so japed. I understand some of us have to take what we have to get because our credit, but go where you are appreciated and your money is appreciated as well. In house company they apply by their own rules not a real bank. The manager Kelly doesn’t know how to talk to people and gets very angry when he feels that someone is telling him something right!

Trae my car salesman was great. It was Brian is why I give it a 1 star review. His communication sucks and so does his attitude. When car was purchased brakes were supposed to be changed. They had my vehicle for a week and when I got it back the brakes are squeaking just as loud as they were before car was purchased and rubbing together. Brian informed me that they “paid” the mechanic to do so , and there’s nothing that he can do. He told me that what I’m hearing is the lower control arm , but it’s clearly still the brakes. They still are rubbing together and squeaking. VERY bad business.
