We had an amazing experience buying a used car from here. We had Evans as our salesman and he went above and beyond. We told him what we wanted and we went home with exactly that. While we were waiting for finance he kept us busy with easy conversation the whole time. The experience from start to finish was great. They even let us take the car to lunch to think longer about the decision. On top that we walked out of finance and he had a big red bow on the car for me to take a picture with (it’s the little things). I definitely recommend this place to buy a good, reliable used car.

Got to meet and get a car from Tyler Lewis today and I want to say he and his sales team went above and beyond for myself and my wife. We drove 4 hours one way to look at the car and they took care of us the way dealerships used to do for people. With respect and courtesy!! If I could give 10 stars I would and I would definitely do business with them again!! Highly recommend and when you go, ask for Tyler Lewis! You won’t be disappointed!!

God is so good is what i'd like to start with . My husband had been on a journey to trade one of the last nice memories we had of his father that suddenly died in 2022. He was ready to get our second family car with potentially better gas mileage and more room.. so we sought out on an adventure with Jesus in our hearts and prayer all the way we were led to Wyatt Johnson's one evening after having not a good morning with searching for a vehicle at another place around Nashville TN. And I genuinely thought there is no way we will be able to find much less afford one of these vehicles they are so beautiful.. well Mr William Sullivan had a different approach about that!! He was so kind and gentle he had our family in his heart and on his mind as he and his one of his amazing bosses Derrick out their skills to the works they walked away and put everything we they knew we wanted and could afford into the most perfect vehicle i could ever dream of.. I would never imagine myself having a car this nice.. ive always thought I wasnt good enough to have such a thing as this!! They are truly a blessing and beyond my expectation full of compassion, love and care!! They deserve 10+ stars in my book!!! They went above and beyond every expectation!! They both deserve special recognition !! Then as the night grew and we became tired so did the little fella, Mr. Mac our 2 year old son.. we were finalizing paperwork and financing and Mr. Rudy Corona handled us with so much respect and was very understanding of the little fella having fits in the floor lol he just brushed it off saying he knows he has nieces and nephews that he totally understood.. Guys, y'all absolutely floored me with an answered prayer.. many prayers to be exact.. and that means you guys literally became the hands and feet of Jesus in our lives and I will forever be greatful for this!! To the other bosses of Mr. Sullivan.. thank you guys so much for helping I did t get you name but most and I mean most of all thank you for hiring him and allowing him to work that day!! :) God allowed him to be our car salesman and now we have a forever car to go do family chores and go see the world our Father in heaven created so beautifully!! •with lots of love, The Conger's!

Since the company has been sold, since the last vehicle I bought it has become part of the hudson group. You have a lot more variety of cars to shop. I have talked to some of the salesmen that are currently there. They have very positive attitudes. But in the past I have had issues with the dealership hiding problems in the truck and not expressing them to the customer.That is the reason for the rating. Hopefully with the new crew, of salesman that the practice has been taken care of. But I do recommend a buyer beware approach to buying a car from them. Even if you know the salesman personally.

I’ve bought 3 used and 1 new car from Wyatt Johnson. Always a good experience. I just bought a 2023 Silverado (3yo for future readers). On the outside it looked fine, ran fine, clearly used to be a work truck and I understood that. Upon getting it home I realized the ONLY things clean were the obvious top surfaces. This truck has more dust and sand than the Mojave tucked in every single nook and cranny. Every air vent, every compartment, behind and under every seat, under every part in the engine bay, and what’s under the truck could fill a playground sandpit. The cabin air filter was full of dirt like it hadn’t been checked in all 60,000 miles. The air filter was clearly left untouched and airbox full of dirt/dust. I’m changing the fluids ASAP after seeing how poorly this truck was QA’d prior to selling. I may come back in the future, but not without scrutinizing every inch of a vehicle and walking away if they can’t even clean it.
