Lucy, one of the dealership's managers, went above and beyond to help me get to the payment I was hoping for. I truly appreciated her willingness to work with me and find a solution that fit my budget. Sheila in finance was equally wonderful. She explained everything clearly, made the paperwork easy to understand, and helped me choose the extended warranty that best fit my needs without making me feel pressured. I also want to recognize Ms. White, who was training with Octavious. I apologize that I don't remember her first name, but she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout the process. Even though she was still learning, she made a wonderful first impression, and I have no doubt she will be a great asset to the dealership. He’s been very patient with me, working with me & encouraging me through the entire process!! &&& he got me a pink bowwww ahhhh!! I walked in feeling defeated after everything going on with my current vehicle, Danny instantly seen me, asked how he could help and walked me through multiple choices. He was so kind, understanding and very patient with me! New or used cars he will find something you love and that is very reliable. Working with Q was great! Helped us without high pressure and made the process very easy. Lance (GM) even pulled a fan over to cool us off while working the deal. Fair pricing, low pressure made this very enjoyable. If you are looking for a vehicle make sure to ask for "Q".

Car was in the shop for 4 weeks. I understand it was the holidays but multiple times I was promised maintenance would be complete only for it to fall through. Joe was always helpful whenever I called to check in. They were able to quickly give me a loaner after 2 weeks as well. After I got the car back about 20 minutes into my drive home, I stopped producing boost pressure. Got home to find the charge pipe disconnected. The clamp seemed loose like they didn't even torque it back on. Easy to DIY but I shouldnt have to. TLDR; service department customer service is great, mechanics need to do a little better during their final inspection of the car. Edit: car was in for warranty repair.
