We had a great experience with this dealership! When we arrived, we were promptly greeted. We ended up spending a couple hours there and took a couple test drives. M. Lawrence was a pleasure to work with! He answered all of our many questions and was very patient with us during the process. Would definitely visit again to work with him!

Looked all around for the Lariat version of the Maverick and Jenkins & Wynne had the exact one was I looking high and low for. Jamie was professional and relatable as a sale rep, answering me many questions and providing a depth of knowledge on the vehicle that was amazing. Paperwork was efficient and staff was always friendly. I was even able to have the truck delivered to my home. Needless to say, I strongly recommend the Jenkins & Wynne team if you're looking for professionals who will take care of customers.

We were looking for a new vehicle. Wasn’t sure exactly what we wanted. Our friends have a Navigator and just love it. We live about an hour and half away and wasn’t familiar with any dealerships. Big E met us right away with his big smile and personality. Told him what we were kinda looking for. He grabbed a bundle of keys and just started going through the lineup of the Navigators. He was not only familiar with the vehicles but, knew every detail and packages. He wasn’t pushy or rude. He took all the time we needed to answer questions. After we nailed down what we wanted, he searched, finding “the one”. The whole experience was pleasant and we didn’t feel pressured. He stayed in contact with us every step of the way.( I have to also mention Barry) the vehicle was ready and paperwork signed, he took us through every aspect of the apps and programs. He gave a new perspective of “backseat driving” :-) We couldn’t be happier with our decision and with Big E’s guidance. You are definitely lucky to have him. He deserves a pat on the back, a raise, and another week of vacation ;-). Ok, maybe 10 min of rejuvenation mode at lunch … thanks again!

Our search of several dealerships, looking for a Lincoln Navigator Reserve Lead us to Jenkins & Wynne Lincoln. Looking on the website, the price seemed very reasonable so I reached out to them. I explained that I was almost 3 hours away and wanted to take care of most of the details on the phone. I began to deal with the sales manager, Jay and the sales associate Big E. Without hesitation, they provided me with a quote sheet with all the cost associated, and after sending them photographs of my trade, made me a fair offer for the trade-in. My wife and I made the drive from Jasper Tennessee to Clarksville to meet with them. It is difficult to Accurately describe how easy this experience was. After spending some time with Big E It was obvious that he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He definitely was a specialist in sales and from his demeanor and attitude you could tell he really enjoyed talking to people and selling these vehicles. He took all the time necessary to explain all the features, which were significant, of the vehicle and made sure we were satisfied and comfortable operating them. Our next encounter was in the finance department. It was there that we met JJ. JJ took the time to explain all the different financing options and found the best option for us and that transaction was seamless. We cannot recommend this dealership enough. I have bought several vehicles throughout my lifetime most of them Fords, and this was by far one of the best experiences that I’ve had at a vehicle dealership. I would recommend them highly for your next vehicle purchase.

Bought my first vehicle at this dealership. HRV charge pad was overheating. They told me not to put anything on it if I’m taking an eight hour trip. Talked to the general manager, and traded it in. I lost $1500. I got a new CRV. I brought it into the Honda dealer four times for the radio messing up. The fifth time, it was so bad. I couldn’t hardly drive the vehicle because it was screaming through the speakers. I couldn’t shut it off or do anything. The general manager ordered a new radio. They put it in and when driving it would freeze up, no music no nothing. I took it back to the dealership, and the Tech said, “oh you need another radio.” He didn’t bother looking at any wiring, harness problems, or anything else. So I was gonna trade it again. I lost a lot of money. They wanna give me $12,500 for my vehicle which was originally $41,000. What a joke! No phone call from upper management, no nothing! Not even offering to help me get out of this vehicle. They’re trying to sell me a 26, told me it had 2000 miles. Turns out it had 8000. It wouldn’t start and they had to put a new battery in that one. Why would I buy anything at this dealership? I would like to listen to that for 45 minutes now that they didn’t come back with a reply a week later now I have no radio. No sound no nothing wow. New update as of August 6 2026 found out that they told me I had the extended warranty. Through Honda and went to cancel my contract on the oil and the contract on the extended warranty load and behold I don’t have the extended warranty through Honda. It’s an aftermarket warranty wow no integrity at this dealership go somewhere else please this is my my opinion. Have you’ve been through when I’ve been through. You wouldn’t have to agree first Honda problems don’t want to fix it under warranty second Honda. Let’s just replace the stereo without even checking anything else guess what the radio goes out nothing lost $6000 with the dealership please be aware don’t care what the reviews mean I’m just telling you no integrity
