BEST VEHICLE BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. NO HASSLE. NO PRESSURE. NO NEED TO NEGOTIATE. We were in the market for a new vehicle for my wife and considering a truck. I wanted her to just sit in an F150 to see if it was too big. Lawrence went out of his way to help, even though we had zero intention on buying a vehicle. During the process Lawrence showed my wife the Ridgeline, explaining all of the features, etc., and let her drive one. He was great. The vehicle was great. In working with Chad at the Honda dealership and Lawrence (and later Angela in Finance) we were in and out with the purchase of a brand new Honda Ridgeline in about an hour. We didn't have to haggle or anything. Chad and Lawrence were amazing!

Five Stars - Highly Recommended! My wife and I just moved to the Clarksville area, and finding a trustworthy dealership service department is always a stressful part of relocating. After my experience at Jenkins & Wynne Honda, I can officially say we’ve found our go-to shop. I brought my car in with a persistent tire issue, and I was taken care of by Service Representative Jacob Khan. I cannot praise Jacob and his team of mechanics enough. Instead of just giving me a standard write-up, Jacob went above and beyond by bringing me back to speak directly with the mechanics. The entire diagnostic process was completely transparent, and they showed me exactly what was wrong and how they were going to resolve it. What I respected most about Jacob was his total honesty. Far too often when you go to a dealership, you feel pressured by a massive laundry list of "urgent repairs" that don’t actually need to be fixed right away. It makes you feel skeptical and makes it hard to know what to believe. Jacob didn't do any of that. He didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services; he simply laid out the facts, told me exactly what needed to be done to fix the issue safely, and kept it straightforward. I am incredibly impressed by the integrity, easy communication, and professionalism displayed by Jacob and the service team. Ownership and senior management at Jenkins & Wynne should be very proud to have someone like Jacob representing their company, he builds the kind of customer trust that cannot be bought. We will absolutely be back for all of our future service needs, and I will be recommending Jenkins & Wynne Honda to everyone I meet in the area. Best dealer experience I have had and that includes purchasing my Lexus vehicles! It is not possible to over compliment Bobby, our sales rep, and the professionalism and dedication to make everything work smoothly. My son loves his CRV and Bobby took plenty of time to explain the vehicle to my son and made sure he was completely comfortable before we got on the road to return home. When I compare that with the Honda Accord I bought from a Memphis dealer just a few months ago for my other son, it was night and day different. This was as smooth as a 12 year old whisky! I recommend them highly!

I dropped my 2018 Honda Civic off for some AC issues last night. By 730 this morning, Patrick had us on the phone letting us know what was going on. By 10am - we were on our way back to pick my car up. Patrick was VERY communicative & so friendly. I was very stressed as we are quickly approaching close to 100 degree temperatures & I absolutely need to have my car; but Patrick & all of the service guys made it soo much less stressful & for that I am grateful!
