Billion Auto - Nissan in Sioux Falls

I've used Billions at least four times (I have 2 Nissans) in the last 6 to 8 months and every experience there has been perfect. From the service advisors (Scott & Freddy) to the technician (Bob) every visit has been a smooth, painless experience and I feel like the charges have been super reasonable. Also thanks to Ryan in parts. Highly recommend 10/10

Our entire experience was amazing. We had time to walk around the lot by ourselves to look at vehicles before a salesperson came to us. Once Zane came out to see if we needed anything, we shared with him what we were looking for. He was extremely helpful and did not pressure us at all. Once we started to make a deal, Zane and the sales manager (Conrad), worked hard to meet our needs. Based on our experience with these guys I highly recommend Billion Nissan!

I saw this truck on their website and I was very interested. I scheduled a test drive and Jordan reached out immediately. When the day came, Jordan was ready for me with the truck running. It was better than advertised. I never felt any pressure and I was accommodated with all of my requests. I was even allowed to have the truck for the weekend so I could make a more informed decision. Jordan and his team were great and went beyond what I expected. I felt reassured and very comfortable with making such a big purchase. I would recommend Jordan, his team, and Billion Nissan to anyone who wants a great car buying experience.

Got an oil change on my new to me vehicle and the previous place had stripped the drain plug threads and they were able to charge the service to the other dealership. They were very pleasant and addressed the additional concerns I had thoroughly. Overall an excellent experience.

I had a great experience working with Harley, the manager at Billion Auto Nissan. From the start, he was authentic, honest, and easy to talk to. At no point did I feel like I was dealing with a typical high-pressure salesperson or someone trying to take advantage of my situation. Harley took the time to understand my circumstances, listened to my concerns, and worked with me to find a solution that made sense. He treated me like a normal person, not just another sale. His professionalism, transparency, and genuine willingness to help made the entire process stress-free and comfortable. If you’re looking for someone who will treat you with respect and honesty, I highly recommend asking for Harley at Billion Auto Nissan.
