Big Country Motors North LLC

Came from out of town. Would recommend these guys to anyone! Went car shopping for my nephew and had an unbelievably great experience. They don’t hover around while checking out the cars and they leave you alone for the test drives. Got an awesome deal on the car as well. Had a minor coolant leak during our long drive home. However, we reached out to these guys about our issue and they fixed it at no cost the following week.

Big Country Motors was great! Jaydan went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and overall very respectful of my time. Excellent experience start to finish - love my new vehicle! Highly recommend! Thanks Jaydan!! 😊

Went in to look at one truck found out that it was on consignment. Talked with Jaden kind of joke around with him and was like I don’t think you’ll get me approved for anything. He sat down, so let me work. Some magic and May worked really hard to get me out of my Yukon and into a truck to help me build my credit very impressed with them. They went over and beyond and really helped me out if you guys are looking for a Used car dealership I would definitely look at these guys up. They are very helpful very kind very pleasant. Very down to earth. I would use these guys over again. Did an amazing job. Thank you guys Help you guys kick ass keep it up thank you very much

Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. The experience and helpfulness was beyond top tier. I couldn’t do this without them and I want everyone to know to use them and make it worth their while. I can’t believe they are so understanding and more! They are great guys and I love my truck and they are it and more! If you need good people, hit these people up asap!

Bought a 2015 silverado from them, within 3 hours of bring it home I smelled strong oder of gas, looked underneath and saw it spraying gas from top of the fuel pump. Keep in mind Matt told me he personally drove this truck for a month or so. When contacted them about it they were prompt to try and make it right. They replaced the fuel pump but their mechanic obviously didnt do something right. Every since then it throws a check engine code for fuel tank pressure sensor performance. Its the evap sensor on the fuel pump. So the code stems from the work that they had done to it. I told matt about it, he had his shitty mechanic look at it but he obviously just cleared the code. Matt says its proly because of a lose gas cap which its not because it would be a different code. I cant even drive a 100 miles without the code coming back on after I clear it. The trucks AC also dont work after I was told that their mechanic checked the whole truck over and everything checked out.
