This is an amazing place when looking to buy a car, I would highly recommend going through Oscar, he's bye far the Best salesman I seen in a long, long time.. polite, He did everything he could to accomplish getting the help I needed to get into a New Car.. There Facilities are very clean. The vehicle I received was in very good condition. No problems, the Financing and paperwork went smooth. The salesperson, Oscar, explained everything to where I could understand, and took time to listen to my needs. as well. I would highly recommend Autoland to everyone looking for a car in Sioux Falls..

I wouldn’t buy from here ever again and would not recommend them not even to my worst enemy!! My daughter bought a jeep and a set monthly payment was agreed on and signed and then when we got the monthly payment bill there was a high amount!! We argued this because we would have never agreed to purchase the jeep with that higher amount!! After she got the jeep she received a phone call stating they had the wrong address on the paperwork so we needed to sign again but everything else was going to be the same!! That is how they trick you to sign the other paperwork!! Crooked creeps and I’m turning them into the BBB!!

Bought my vehicle from them. Initially was a good experience. Until it came to the service department. Throughout the years had miscellaneous stuff done not a big deal but had my wheel bearings done under warranty at the end of 2023. 2 1/2 years later I'm told they're already bad? On top of that I'm having issues with the cooling system. Brought it in with a very specific issue and was told I need a new radiator and it fixed the problem, but I was denied my request to see the old radiator. A week later i notice the same issue is still occurring so I brought it back in. I was then shown the results of a test that they supposedly did to test my head gasket that failed and was then told the issue was a bad head gasket which was anywhere between $3300-$4000 So after a $1200 job that didn't fix the issue and was most likely never an issue, i was not offered compensation or a discount or anything that might have put my anxiety at ease. I second guessed the results and rented equipment to test the head gasket myself. It passed...twice. thought maybe I did something wrong so I brought it somewhere else and it still passed. Never will I ever bring my vehicle back there or recommend autoland to anyone. I will be doing the opposite due to incompetent mechanics and falsified test results
