This car lot is a scam! I would not purchase anything from them. We were told it was such a good car and everyone loved it even the guy that sold it to us had driven it. We have not driven the car as much as it’s been in the shop. We just got it out of the shop last Friday and had to have it towed home tonight. They have offered to fix things and have not done it at all. I have the messages. I have all the paperwork. Do not waste your time. It’s sad we can’t even get them to call us back. They keep lying and saying they are taken care of it and it’s been almost 2 weeks since we have waited on a call this time. It is crazy how we thought we got a deal. I will be taking action for the insane amount of money we have had to put in to this “awesome” car!!!! Thanks so much for selling us a lemon! We didn’t even have the car for a week when the transmission went out and they said they would fix it. Well they got one from a junk yard instead of getting a new one that said they were gonna do. We have had it in the shop and have already spent almost 1500.00 on the car not including the payments. Still waiting ………. I would not recommend this place. It just sad this day and age when people are just not being professional or giving follow-up calls. Never again!!! Now they have blocked us from calling. Wow!!! What a sham!!!!!

My husband and I had a very disappointing experience with CRC Auto Sales. We came in looking for a reliable vehicle and ended up leaving with serious concerns about the quality of the cars being sold there. We initially put down a $6,000 deposit on a vehicle. The first car they sold us was a 2016 Acura RDX. After taking it home for the weekend, we immediately noticed several problems: the rear windows were not functioning, the starter had issues, and there was a loud thudding noise coming from underneath the rear of the vehicle. We returned the car due to these mechanical concerns. The dealership then offered us a 2014 Honda Civic. After test driving it for a while, we discovered that the vehicle had a significant oil leak. You could clearly smell oil burning while the car was running. We brought the vehicle back and informed them we were not comfortable purchasing it. Next, they showed us a 2018 Toyota Corolla. During our inspection, we noticed that the coolant reservoir did not contain antifreeze, which raised further concerns about the vehicle’s maintenance and condition. At that point, we decided it was best to request our money back and walk away from the deal entirely. Our experience left us feeling that many of the cars on the lot may look nice cosmetically, but there may be underlying mechanical issues that are not immediately visible. Several vehicles we observed appeared to have been sitting on the lot for a long time, some had strong odors inside, and a few had difficulty starting. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I strongly recommend bringing a trusted mechanic to inspect the car thoroughly before making any commitment. Based on our experience, we would advise potential buyers to be VERY CAUTIOUS AND AWARE to carefully inspect any vehicle before purchasing. I DON'T RECOMMEND PURCHASING A VEHICLE HERE !!

I bought a '99 Civic from these people they said they did all this work it's a good car and almost $6,000 for it it's almost hard to get in touch with them to make payment they don't keep up their end of the deal I'm putting two grand or more into this car still not running and still making payments on it do not get a car from this place customer service is very sorry 😡😠🤬😤🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
