BBS Auto Sales provided our family just what we were looking for. Our sales person, also the owner Alex was helpful, informative, and transparent. Mr. Charlie who works with Alex was extremely patient and accommodating. There were no high pressure sales and the inventory met our expectations. The purchasing process was quick. There was full transparency regarding financing options and coverage.

This is a review for their U-Haul services: I can't begin to say enough great things about them! They were very kind and helpful! We rented a 10-foot truck for moving and ran into the issue of not having enough space in the truck. We called them, and they were more than helpful in getting us a bigger truck! Moving is stressful enough, and BBS was phenomenal, helping us with our situation! Thank you so much! I definitely recommend them!

I got my Genesis coupe from here over 4 years ago and it has held up great. I plan on keeping it for even longer and I am currently turning it into a track / mountain car. I'm also in the process of wrapping it black and manual swapping it. First picture is when I got it, second and third pictures are how it looks now :)

This was the complete opposite of the bad experience I had trying to buy a car from a big Dealer. I got an amazing deal on a used 2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring- like 60 % of the retail price. It is a very intimate and easy going process and Alex is a "one man show" in the front office. Very fair negotiation and no "games". As I transferred my plates from the car that I traded in, all the paperwork was done by Alex and I did not even have to go to the Registry. Since the price was so low, I paid upfront with no financing - thus my insurance was basic with no collision - again a overall savings. Had to get out from under a SAAB with 150 k miles. Now I have just 78 K miles car that should be dependable transportation for many years and with no car payments.

This outfit unscrupulously posted a vehicle on Central Dispatch which wasn’t theirs and then tied up a space on my truck for several days implying that they would be using my service in transporting it from Arizona to North Carolina. The communication was awful. Alex never did what he said he would by properly dispatching on Central. Would have taken 5 minutes. Alex obviously has absolutely no regard for transporters. I’ve always heard that a man is only as good as his word. Shame on you Alex.
