Let's be honest here. This dealership sells cars with VERY high mileage. CASH. Yall gotta do yall research. Just purchased a 2011 Toyota camry with 255k. Very high mileage but it's a Toyota. Yall be buying those Chryslers and chevys and fords with the same mileage hoping to drive normally and yall don't do yall due diligence in doing any preventive maintenance after you buy the car. KNOW WHAT YOUR GETTING INTO BEFORE YOU HAND YOUR CASH OR CARD OVER! Ron and Ronnie were a joy to work with. Very honest and straightforward. Cars are getting expensive in general. Please don't be incompetent then blame the dealer for your lack of knowledge when it comes to whatever you purchased. I would buy from them again!

Purchased from here a lil over a year ago..and absolutely no major problem..The vehicle was clean..no damage and did amazing on the test drive ..so I purchased on the spot .lol..it was nice!!took it to my mechanic and everything checked out...and still going...basic wear and tear .Tires, battery,& alternator...simples fixes ..I will def be back to purchase another dependable used vehicle...

I've been going to this car dealership since i was in my 20s driving down from wv now im in my 40s and i still go to Allen's he's always had reasonable prices Great customer service and reliable cars all the car's I've brought over the years always lasted for years and years it a 10/10 I always tell my loved ones that's looking for a car to look here first...

Have purchased numerous cars and a truck. My son has also purchased several. Very good deals and good cars. Have had no problems.

If I could give them no stars I would. I purchased a vehicle from them in February. I should have listened to my gut when the first red flag came and the son told me his dad wanted to ride with me to do the test drive so he could show me how to drive the car. Upon acceleration there was some slight shaking and then it would drive smooth. He took down some of the price due to it but convinced me he had it looked at and the car only needed transmission fluid that he got put in and the fluid just needed to run its course to work. Needless to say the shaking got worse in less than I week and I told him what was going on. He did not want to hear what I had to say and tried to say I was driving it wrong. Now I’m stuck with a car that needs an $8,000 job done to it and I can’t sell it because nobody company wants it. I will never shop here again!!!
