If i could give a 0, I would. Had vehicle 3 years, almost paid off and been nothing but a nightmare. Payments due weekly and if its 1 day past that week they blow up your phone. Kaitlyn, the manager will blow up your phone calling 2 times a day or more sometimes back to back. Tried to tell me I had been late more than 30 days over 14 times in the last 3 years. Ive been late past 30 days once in the last 3 years. Funny how they say 14 times we have been late past 30 days, but our credit is good and we just bought a house 4 months ago. Then they turned off my online access to my account because I was late and wouldnt answer the upteen times that Kaitln called. So they want you to pay, but turn off your online access. This place is the worst place to buy a vehicle from. Staff is rude. If we weren't in a predicament when we bout this vehicle, we wouldn't of went here. Will NEVER EVER buy a vehicle from this place again. Will be so glad when this vehicle is paid off and we are rid of them. Only a couple more months to go.

I should have read the reviews first. After a medical emergency forced me to miss six weeks of work, I provided the dealership with all requested documentation. Instead of working with me, Gloria was incredibly rude and dismissive. Even though I was able to set up a monthly payment plan through their own online portal, their staff began harassing me with non-stop calls. When I pointed out that their system allowed me to schedule these payments, they retaliated by completely blocking my online account access so I can no longer make payments. I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere.

I recently purchased a car for 26 days, and I expect to have it for at least 27 days. Unfortunately, I have encountered several issues within the first week, which are quite concerning. The vehicle shakes when reversing, and it makes a clicking sound when turning. The braking system is also not performing adequately, producing persistent squeaking. Yesterday, while driving, the car suddenly turned off, and I was unable to accelerate, with all warning lights illuminating. I took the vehicle to the shop, but I am no longer interested in keeping this car. I prefer to get a refund or exchange it for a different one, as I want to avoid further problems. It appears that corners were cut during manufacturing—a decision I find reckless. Once I fix the brakes, I plan to switch to JT Kia because they did not properly repair my brakes despite my requests. I also requested a refund, but they declined and insisted on inspecting the vehicle, which I refused. I just want my money back. Repeatedly paying for unnecessary repairs beyond the 90-day warranty is unacceptable, especially since free service doesn't justify extra charges. I am determined not to spend more on this vehicle. If I receive a refund, I will update my review immediately. I also plan to switch insurance providers, as paying $227 for roadside assistance I don’t need is unreasonable. I expect a resolution and will take necessary steps to ensure my concerns are addressed.
