I want to thank K&S for getting my family in a car. It was a long process but it was not them. They were working hard to find me the best lender with the little bit I gave them to work with and they found me a lender. The office clerk was more than hospitable and she was very patient with my 4 kids. She gave us water and kept checking on us. This place is the place to go for a vehicle by far. I'm telling you what they did no other car lot would have. Thank you so much. Great work guys.

I recently purchased a vehicle from K&S, price was fair and it came with a warranty which is a great thing. Everything from communication with Jelisa at the front desk to speaking with Spencer was a good experience, it was unfortunate that I had a couple of issues with the car, however, Spencer was on top of it and helped with the warranty claim and where to take the car to be repaired without hesitation. This being said, I would definitely buy from them again and I would absolutely recommend K&S to anyone that’s looking to buy a car.

Jilisa is a very nice person to work with. She answered my questions in a professional manner, showed me how the informant center functioned (I thought it was broken), and got the loan processed. As far the truck, it’s nice. I think part of the lesser price was due to not so much invested in detailing. I only looked at the truck I purchased. That’s okay with me because it gave a much clearer picture of how the truck was maintained plus, even if fully detailed, I would detail the truck myself. My son will need a car next spring. I will have him check their lot first.

DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE!! I got a car Aug 19th and 3 days later the engine light comes on. I contact them to let them know what’s going on the instruct me to go to the Kia dealership to see what’s going on the tell me it’s the transmission. I get the transmission fixed under the extended warranty. They say the battery and spark plugs need to be changed as well but it’s not covered under warranty. Ok great, 4 days after that the engine light comes back on I call K&S and talk to their manager letting them know like hey every since I’ve had this car I’ve had problems with it he proceeded to say it’s a used car your going to have problems which like I told him I understand that but not these type of problems so fast. He proceeded to try and pretty much convince me was tripping. Fast forward to today after having to take it back to the shop to see what was going on on bc the car stopped in the middle of the road while I was driving, as well as it’s been jerking like it was just going to turn off I guess they call it a misfire anyway guess what the diagnostic is today guysss… I need a new engine 😂😂😂 not even 90 days in! And what’s worse is the warranty isn’t going to cover it 😂🤷🏽‍♀️ now I’m stuck with a 25k care that I can’t trade in and no car to drive !
