I just got my new Blazer EV from Starling and the whole deal process was one of the most smooth deals ever. Mr. Logan and Chad were absolutely amazing with helping me find the perfect car and Mrs. Michelle is such an amazing finance manager! She was so clear with the paperwork and went into so much detail with any extended warranties. Service is almost phenomenal as well! My OnStar button was having some issues so I took it into service with Mrs. Kelly and she was amazing throughout the whole process, she was able to communicate everything to me during it all, and on top of that they gave me a cute little Bundt cake!! Everyone here is so amazing and I definitely will be coming back here for my service! ❤️❤️❤️

He has been very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I really appreciate you Toby. I bought a Corvette and called around to many places trying to find someone I can trust. Starling Chevrolet has gone above and beyond every single time. They have walked me through the entire process of caring for my car, and they really make you feel like they care. Because they do. They have never up-sold me on anything I didn't need. In fact, they were very honest about my tire tread saying it is low, but I could squeeze another 6 months out of them. They have a Corvette mechanic, Justin, who is very knowledgeable, and treats my car very well. Thank you Justin for you attention to detail, and keeping me updated on what I need to do. They have a nice, clean waiting room with coffee, popcorn, and a play area for kids. I was hesitant to give me car to anyone, but I know my car is in good hands with Toby, Justin, and the rest of the wonderful team! He offered us to test drive the car within a few minutes, because you need to know how a car drives before you buy it. There was zero pressure throughout the entire process—just honest answers, clear communication, and a real focus on what our thoughts were. The whole car-buying experience was incredibly smooth and seamless from start to finish. This was by far the easiest and most pleasant car purchase I’ve ever had. Bought a 2022 Subaru Impreza from their Titusville location in Florida , car came with blown head gaskets. Starling Mount Pleasant did all the necessary repairs free of charge with great care.
