I had a great experience with the service department at Volkswagen. I brought my vehicle in due to brake issues, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Billy Matthews, my service advisor, was excellent. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns, kept me updated throughout the process, and communicated everything clearly. I especially appreciated that he explored every available option and worked to help get the cost down as much as possible. It's not always easy to find a service department that is both knowledgeable and genuinely customer-focused, but Billy and the team exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the Volkswagen service department and will definitely be returning for future service needs.

Buying our new car from Ethan at Low Country Volkswagen was such a pleasant experience. He has a great personality, knows how to interact with customers, and is very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. While my husband and I each test drove the car, Ethan pointed out important features of the car. Once we purchased the car, he spent time going over, in detail, every aspect of the car. I had scraped my side wall of my tire on my Certfied Pre-Owned 2021 Tiguan and ended up needing all 4 tires replaced due to low tread. The staff here is incredible! Lexi and Billy took care of me with exceptional communication and timeliness. I am so pleased with how helpful they have been and I will definitely use them again. 5 stars for service and kindness!

My experiences with the service department have been consistently disappointing. I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but this situation was exceptional. First, I was quoted approximately $500 for a repair. When I arrived a couple weeks later, that estimate had somehow increased to over $1,200. I'm not sure how a repair can more than double in price in such a short period of time. Fortunately, I had saved the original estimate, and only after producing it was the quoted price honored. Two weeks after that repair, the center console—which had been removed and reinstalled as part of the work—fell from the ceiling while I was driving. This was clearly related to the previous repair. Although I was charged a discounted rate to fix it, I don't believe I should have been charged at all for correcting a problem caused by the original service. The biggest ongoing issue, however, is communication about timing. If I'm told a repair will take an afternoon, I should not have to plan on leaving my vehicle overnight. If I'm told it will take an hour, it shouldn't routinely become two or more. As I write this, I'm still waiting, and what was supposed to be a one-hour appointment has already turned into two, causing me to inconvenience other people who are waiting for me at a meeting. Mistakes can happen, but inaccurate estimates, poor workmanship, and consistently unrealistic timelines have made it difficult to have confidence in the service department. I'll be loyal to Wagon Worx from now on. Update: as I was handed my keys for the most recent work (after completing my payment) I was told that they weren't able to finish the work and I would need to come back. Unbelievable!
