Tom, the manager, was above and beyond helpful! He replaced my battery and taillight quickly and educated me along the way of the signs for when a bulb is going bad and why it was. Highly recommend this store in particular for their amazing service!

I am in town for recognition day and my son‘s truck needed a new lightbulb. Not only were they able to help me but they recommended a regular bowl because LED would create an another issue. Great customer service highly recommend good people.

Visited this store to purchase Primer Sealer. Price on the shelf (have a clear photo) was 10.99. Got to the register and it came up at 11.99. Told staff of the shelf price and got no adjustment for their mistake.

Looking to order some parts, speaking with Tom all seemed to be well. Rushed to get to the location to order by 8:50 ordering time from your other store. Did not make it on time. Parts were paid for and ordered. I needed heat resistant tape for my .application which she sent me to $25 exhaust wrap Stacy saying that was all O'Reilly's had. I then found, as I looked around for alternatives, $7 exhaust tape by your exhaust pieces on the shelf, considering I only needed 6 in of wrap around wiring. Asked if these would be work she really had no response other than I don't know. Basically ignored me after that. Part should have been in at 11:00 but was not delivered until 2:30, no big deal on my part,which the young fellow called me to let me know, and I thank him. When I came in to get the parts that I had ordered others were running the counter were different from those dealt with earlier. Stacy, after making complete eye contact and then ,looking at her phone after all we had talked earlier and disappeared, I was left with people that had no clue of what I was wanting or what I had ordered. I then had to return the parts and and still no Stacy to help, considering her help was needed. Me and my sons with multiple cars apiece shop at O'Reilly's she had a bad attitude and seemingly arrogant know it all attitude, with little knowledge to back her up, evidently. She is not the person for that position, or should she be teaching others! Very poor showing for O'Reilly's Auto parts! Until now, I've always had great customer service.
