We arrived to Brent being helpful and guided us through the process quick and painlessly. This was my son’s first car and he made the experience easy and memorable. We appreciate the team and the experience and of course a clean ride.

I went 6 months looking for a vehicle I came here and the min I came here. I was approved instantly found a vehicle that I wanted. I liked I loved fell in love with my kids fell in love with my wife fell in love with, and if I could give 100 out of five stars, I will give 100 definitely will come back. This will most likely 100% be my go to place to get my future cars.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my experience at USA Supercenter on Broad River Road in St. Andrews, SC today. I traveled from Augusta, GA, with the intention of purchasing one of your vehicles. However, during the test drive, the engine overheated. I immediately contacted the dealership to report the issue and request assistance. Although the dealership did come to retrieve the vehicle, my family and I were left on the side of the road and instructed to arrange an Uber to return to their shop for our personal vehicle. I found this response to be highly unprofessional and disappointing. This was my experience with the dealership, and I felt it was important to document my concerns formally. I hope this matter is taken seriously and that future customers are treated with greater care and respect.
