The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The owner, Mr. Cooper, was extremely kind and welcoming. Dominic was amazing and provided wonderful customer service, making sure all my questions were answered. Mr. Vee’s customer service was top tier—he was very straightforward, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a reliable vehicle and want to work with honest, trustworthy people, United Auto Sales is the place to go. I highly recommend them!

Don't have anything negative or bad to say about them. Our experience with them was great from the beginning to the end. They got my daughter in a real nice car and everything was well taken care of before she left the lot. These guys went to work and came through for her.

Went here a few weeks ago and I was told I was approved, granted my credit is horrible!!! But they take good credit bad, or none so I decided to try it out only to be told that I need a co signer wasted time. But I guess rules are rules but the gentleman were nice though 👍🏾

The owner is the only one who can approve people and he’s never there. They have one guy who just sits in the office for show just very unprofessional because the approval bank they go through are rude and take weeks to give you a call other than that they have nice cars they just needa have more people in office because it took them a whole week just to let me know anything unlike big dealerships they move on they own time here

I just purchased a Jeep Commander this past Friday, July 26, 2024. They told me to wait for the vehicle to be detailed. While I was waiting the check engine light came on, and the vehicle started smelling like oil. They reset the code without addressing the issue. I drove the vehicle home, and then the oil light comes on and started smoking under the hood. I put 4 quartz of oil in. I took it back, and NOONE took accountability for what was going on with it prior to me purchasing it. The owner said to check with the salesman who sold me the vehicle. I asked him when he came in. He stated that it was the owner’s vehicle, and he should have told me the specifics of the vehicle. Now, I’m stuck with a vehicle that has an oil leak and throttle body injection issue. I called the owner back to get my money back and I return the vehicle. He refused. He said that the vehicle was "As Is" as stated in the advertisement. However, THERE WAS NO SUCH THING. THIS WAS ON FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE, WHICH DIDN'T SAY THAT AT ALL. Then, the owner refers this "so called" mechanic, and he said that it was going to cost me $40 to diagnose, then I have to buy the part, and pay him to put it on. Something that I did not have anything to do with. Actually, they were setting up a time to come and get the vehicle. THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR A BUSINESS. I, then, took him to court, and he literally lied and stated that it was sold "AS IS' when the advertisement clearly did not show it. He also lied in court, under oath, that he WAS NOT the owner of the car lot, just work there. LIARS! LIARS! LIARS!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY SOLD ME A LEMON.
