I purchased my very first car from here recently. Mr Kenny and Juan made the process insanely easy. They’re incredibly kind and upfront about everything. I got such a reliable car for an amazing price. These gentleman were patient with me through everything. I had many questions and everything was answered with kind attitudes. I can tell they really care about their customers. I was able to finance the vehicle and not empty out my savings. I also really enjoyed they sent all the paperwork to the DMV for me and had my license plate mailed out to me. I will forever be grateful to not need a trip to the DMV.

Don't buy a car at that dealership. I bought a car there and it took more than 60 days for them to complete all the DMV paperwork. You're practically left without a car until the DMV finishes the process. I haven't been able to move my car for over 30 days. It's not a good dealership.

We bought a car at discount auto depot for $16,000 with 50,000 miles. We were absolutely devastated when we found out a few days after bringing it home that it required over $5000 in repairs. The mechanic said to bring the car back to the dealership, but I had already financed $15,000 from the bank and bought it as is. I reached out to these criminals and was willing to pay half for the repair, but they would not help in anyway. They sold us a lemon. Do not buy from them run away fast.

They are the worst! One brother answers the phone and the other brother is the mouthpiece, yet isn’t qualified for that position. Bought a car and six days later it was down for the count. They have no on-site mechanic and are very poor with communication. More to come because I will be here daily to provide a rating for each aspect of this FAILURE of a buying experience. ONE STAR (would be zero if it were an option). Told y’all I was coming. Those other reviews are probably from AI.

Sold my grandmother a $7000 piece of junk. They always say nothing is wrong with the car but 6 months down the line- come to find out, everything from the transmission, axles, wheel bearings, gasket, bearings, oil leaks, spark plugs, and even more! Our mechanic just stopped looking. They all were broken. Total junk car. Not to mention, me and my father came to look at a nice 2020s toyota, drove fine, but we smelt a strong odor. They said the car was perfect but on the passenger side floor it was wet, which meant it had a $1000 coolant leak problem. They obviously buy cars cheap as possible, fix just enough to make you think it drives fine and just flips it for as much profit as possible. My 75 year old grandma asked the salesman "Would you sell this to your mother?" two times and he said yes (my grandmother was very offended that he lied about that). Anyway I highly recommend Turnage rather than these complete bafoons. They were cheap and authentic for my car (I love my car and their service prices).
