Just purchased a vehicle from Joe for my granddaughter. Had a great experience with H & J auto sales. I know where I will be going back to when it’s time for my 14 year-old grandson to get a vehicle very communicative and honest experience.
My Outback’s exhaust system had rusted out pretty badly, so I brought it in to Mr Muffler to see if they could make it stop being so noisy. Joe and his crew were amazing. Quick, honest and affordable! They were able to replace my muffler, flex pipe and flanges for less than I had expected. Joe called me promptly when the job was done and I picked my car up the same day. Highly recommend this team!
Hugh went over the process of buying a car with me very well. I got a wonderful car!! Exactly what I wanted. It was great doing business at H and J! I would definitely buy from them again.
Best advise....STAY AWAY!!! I struggled to even give a 1 star rating! I purchased a vehicle 3 weeks ago. Yesterday the breaks started going out. Turns out the Master Cylinder had to be replaced, $578!!! Called the owner to let him know what was going on because I had only put 400 miles on the car. Rudest man I have ever dealt with! Told me reviews didn't bother him! I was only asking if he could help me with the issue. My trust in him and his shady car dealership is long gone! After upsetting me to the point of tears he said to have it towed to the shop but would not give me a price for the repairs. He did say I needed to call a tow company to have it towed from Summerville to West Ashley, at my expense! I'm a 64 year old single grandmother raising my 2.5 year old developmental challenged grandson on a fixed income. Owner could care less! It was also discovered that the rotors were warped and covered up with new brake pads! Please pass this place by and tell your friends and family to stay away too!!!
Really wish I could give this place NO STARS. Me and my spouse brought a car from H&J wholesale and the car is No dam good ppl please be carefully purchasing from this place. And this is just the beginning I am going to take my complaint as far as I can go… please please do NOT purchase any cars from H & J WHOLESALE
