Jacob was friendly, personable, and beyond patient with us. We test drove 4 cars; and he treated each one like he did with the first test drive. He went over every aspect of the car before we test drove each one. He thoroughly explained the purchase process to us; leaving no stone unturned. The car buying process is historically a painful and lengthy process for us. This had to be the fastest and least painful purchase we’ve ever experienced.
Our experience was great and this is the absolute smoothest I have ever seen buying a car go! We got approved for the car that we were eye balling and the down payment wasn't neck breaking. Our sales guy was Clay Scheitzach and I highly recommend him. He's very knowledgeable and very friendly. You know he definitely enjoys his job and working with people.
