Nate and his team are amazing. I brought in my 20 year old 2006 Lincoln Towncar that needed a lot of work (intake manifold, valve cover gaskets, new belt and tensioner etc.). They had it up and running like new again within a few days and updated me with texts and photos every step of the way. The level of detail and care they go to shows that they truly care about their customers and treat every vehicle as if it is their own. I am from Rhode Island, but I am living in Phoenix now. I was sideswiped by a tractor trailer recently and it destroyed my passenger side mirror. The Toyota dealership said it would take months to get a new mirror.. I tried unsuccessfully to find a used mirror. Finally, I remember my friends at Shoreline Auto Sale . Nathan Bianco was able to find me a mirror and shipped it out to me in just a few days.. The color matched, and the mirror works perfectly... I am back up and running at a fraction of the cost...I can not say enough good things about Shoreline Auto Sale and Nathan Bianco's car knowledge and abilities. One more thing I want to add.. Nathan checked to get as much information from me to be as sure as possible he ordered the correct part..Then he contacted me to be sure it arrived intact and again after it was installed to be sure it work properly...Only a company and service person who truly cares about their customers would do all that.

I have to tell you I was very impressed with Nate's professionalism and his dedication to treating his customers and potential customers in a friendly cordial manner. No pressure, good guy, very attentive even after the sale. Nate has created a niche for himself and his dealership in the used car market. His cars are immaculate and fairly priced. He won't allow substandard vehicles on his lot. He goes through the car top to bottom to make sure the vehicle is in good shape and ready for purchase. Plus he guarantees his cars. You can also reach him after the sale when needed. How many used dealerships do that now a days. I wish I had known he was in South County before I traveled all over the state looking for a quality used car.
