I have bought many cars from Inskip and was currently in an accident that totaled my BMW. The last couple of years wanted a jeep, Went to Bald Hill Dodge and sales was aweful. I don't usually name other companies like this but come on a Jeep Dealer vs a dealership in town. I live in town and stopped by Sandy Motors seen some Jeeps lined up out front and thought let me look and what an amazing experience. Bobby (Sales Representative ) was amazing to buy from ... no BS.... Process was so easy ...very Knowledgeable on the Jeeps. John McGowan ( General Manager ) was amazing easy and quick. After having several poor experiences elsewhere while looking for a car, I was extremely happy with the service I received at Sandy Motors. I was helped by Bobby initially and then John when I decided to proceed with the purchase. They made things as easy as possible, answered every question I had, and worked with me when I had issues come up on my end of things. Genuinely don’t have any complaints. After making an appointment with Bald Hill Dodge where they did a bait and switch. I decided to stop by Sandy Motors to look at a RAM truck. Bobby came out right away to show me the vehicle. Unfortunately, this one was not the right fit for me. However, Bobby said I have the perfect truck for you that just came in. He took me in the shop to show me where the truck was going through their 150-point inspection. Made an appointment for 10:00am the next day and truck was ready for me to test drive. Bobby said take the truck as long as you want to make sure it's right for you. He did not come along and try to small talk me or sell me the vehicle. When I got back, we agreed on a price that was fair for both of us. I asked how much of deposit he wanted, and Bobby said no need to leave one or sign anything the truck is yours just tell me when you want to pick it up. Try that in a big dealership! I drove the truck on a Saturday and picked it up on Wednesday. Met with John to sign the paperwork and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I have lived in Coventry for 40 years and I wish didn't take me this long to check out Sandy Motors. Thank you Bobby and John for your professionalism and honesty.
