I have been purchasing a newer car every 3 years and trading in the car I previously had and every time I do this it is always an enjoyable experience. I always feel like I am important and that I get a fair and actually better than fair deal. Blaine was terrific to work with this year. I'll be coming back in 3 years for my next newer car and bringing back the one I currently have as of yesterday. Great company to work with.

If I could give this place 0 stars i would. I purchased a vehicle from them 2/26/26. I had test driven this vehicle and during the test drive I only noticed a slight shake in the front end on the highway and on the way back to the dealership the service tire pressure light came on. No big deal those issues are usually easy fixes. I was assured that they would send the vehicle for an alignment and new tire pressure sensors before i came back to sign papers. Thanks to the blizzard I wasn’t able to get back to the vehicle for four days. On the drive home with the vehicle the right cv axel blew, so less than 24 hours of having the vehicle it was on a tow truck back to the dealership. I’m not sure what happened to the vehicle in those four days between the test drive and signing, but it was a completely different vehicle driving it home. No big deal though things happen with older vehicles, I get it, and I was assured they would fix the issue. A few days later I picked the vehicle up. On this drive home I noticed the vehicle was shifting really rough and that there was a shake in the front end during acceleration. Shortly after that the service all wheel drive light came on. I reached out to the dealer and was told that it was probably just a residual light from having the axel fixed, that it’s common and it happens and that their mechanic said that “the best thing you can do is drive it” even knowing the car was shifting horribly. Finally after a day of this i had enough and reached out to them. I was told again to drop the car off to them. Their mechanic looked at it and said there was a code for a transmission problem but that they wanted to be absolutely certain what the problem was because it was calling for an expensive part and Autoland wanted to be positive that’s what it was before replacing. So they sent my car to Belise Chevy. While there i decided to reach out to Belise myself. I was told from the service manager at Belise that all he was told to fix was the computer module in the differential and that he was not even told that the car was shifting rough so “he didn’t have any need to even more the car further than its parking spot to the garage” nor could he tell me if this computer module in the car could be responsible for the rough shifting the vehicle was doing. No road test, nothing. I got the service report from Belise and it had reported that the Autoland mechanic discovered that the rear differential had no fluid in it when i had dropped the car off to Autoland. That this was also the second time in my ownership of literally less than 14 days that the rear differential was out of fluid. None of this was told to me as the owner and frankly if I hadn’t received that report (which i still have a copy of) i never would have been told about the differential problem. I am no mechanic but to me having a rear differential be completely void of fluid twice within 14 days seems like more of a problem then just a computer module gone wrong. There was zero honesty or transparency when it came to the repairs or problems the vehicle was having. I decided to continue trying to deal with this car, it was my dream vehicle and i really wanted it to work out. However on my third attempt to bring the vehicle home (mind you I only live 20 minutes away from the dealership) the other cv axel blew in the vehicle. I had had enough at this point. Autoland did offer me my money for the car back but that they were going to be taking a portion of it back for “usage” of the vehicle. What usage?? In the 14 days i had the vehicle I could not even drive it 20 minutes without something breaking in it. I will say though throughout the entire ordeal Jeremy was very cordial. I just wish that there was more knowledge, transparency and honesty from the entire group there. This was a gigantic nightmare that really did not need to be as bad as it was. I was willing to work with them and allow the repairs to happen and give ample time for them to do so. But the lack of honesty and transparency is really what got to me.
