I was driving in Warwick, Rhode Island to visit a friend and all of sudden all of my display lights in my car went off. I pulled into the Porcelli’s met Ed and Matt and they were quick to giving me a helping hand! Matt did a diagnostic on my car and made sure it was good to go. I really appreciate the help, they are stand up guys. If they are willing to help a stranger I can only imagine how they treat the customer that come all the time. I recommend these guys! I had the best experience at Porcelli's. After a car accident left my vehicle totaled, I was overwhelmed and emotional. From the moment I first spoke to their team, Porcelli's made me feel heard and understood. Rich was incredibly kind and assured me that they would help me find a safe, reliable vehicle for me and my family with the insurance settlement. I worked closely with Blane and Ed, who were both extremely knowledgeable. They answered every question I had, and when I didn't understand something, they took the time to explain it clearly and patiently. I actually learned a lot throughout the process. I'm thoroughly impressed with this establishment. If you're looking for honesty, support, high-quality vehicles and service I highly recommend Porcelli’s.

Recently, I bought a 2016 Honda Civic Coupe for my daughter. Blane, was so easy to do business with. Alot of times, I dread going into car salesmans office. But, Blane was exceptional. He went above any beyond from getting the vehicle registered, inspected and delivered as promised. My daughter loves her car and as a mother of a young teen driver, I feel more at ease knowing that I bought a safe car from Porcellis.

This review regards Monique's purchase of a used CX-5 Mazda. He lied about fixing the scratches which he did not. The tires were bald and they colored them black to try to conceal that. If you are wise you will not patronize this dealership!

Unfortunately, my experience here left a very poor impression. I brought one of my trucks in for an inspection and felt unwelcome from the moment I arrived. I was polite and respectful throughout the entire visit, yet I was met with a cold, dismissive attitude that made it uncomfortable to be there. I was misinformed about a few aspects of the current inspection process. Vehicle inspection requirements have changed over the years, and while I understood what my truck needed, a simple clarification would have gone a long way. Instead, there was no effort to explain the process or offer guidance. For context, I chose to properly repair and upgrade the vehicle myself—work that would have easily exceeded $10,000 at most shops. I ultimately took the truck elsewhere and it passed inspection legally without issue, after performing the work. I choose to give them 2 stars because they did do what I asked however I little clarification or proper information would have gone a long way. Unfortunately I had an issue with my ECU and had to swap it out and tune one to work with my Engine for now. However I have not gotten a chance to reprogram the vin number causing other issues in itself, my fault. What stood out most, however, was the sense of being judged. I came in directly after work, dirty and disheveled from a long day, and I could clearly feel the assumptions being made. I was also looking at a vehicle on the lot, yet I felt as though my appearance alone dictated how I was treated. How someone is dressed should not determine the level of respect they receive. I own and work on multiple vehicles, buying, fixing, and flipping them through my business, Journey Electronic Investments LLC. There was real potential for future business here, but I choose not to work with people who make judgments based on appearances rather than character or capability. I make good money doing what I do, and more importantly, I value professionalism and respect. The takeaway is simple: don’t judge a book by its cover. Unfortunately, that’s exactly how I felt I was treated—disconnected, dismissed, and judged. That’s not the kind of experience I’m willing to repeat or recommend.
