Damon was the sweetest most soft spoken salesman we have ever dealt with. He made the process very enjoyable! We love our new 2026 Jeep Rubicon X
Came in trying to get out of a 4XE a little bit early and left with a brand new Grand Cherokee! Doug was personable, kind, direct and upfront, and just an overall joy to work with. From beginning to end this process was stress free (UNHEARD OF WHEN BUYING A NEW CAR) and will 100% be back to Bald Hill for future purchases.
I had a great experience working with James Martinez while purchasing my 2026 Jeep Cherokee Overland. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to answer all my questions, helped download apps, called my insurance to add the vehicle and never made me feel pressured, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated how straightforward and honest he was throughout the deal. If you’re looking for someone who actually listens and I’ll be skipping an upgrade because my Overland is top of the line with everything I could need.
When I went in to purchase a newer vehicle I wanted something bigger than what I had and Charlie made it very easy and was very patient & kind. He let me test drive a couple of vehicles and then I fell in love with the 2025 Jeep Cherokee❤️🥳 It’s the prettiest burgundy red I’ve ever seen on a SUV! I just want to say thank you for your patience and kindness on one of the coldest days in February!!! I really appreciate your work ethic and willingness to work with me to get the best price for my JEEP!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY SUV! Thank You Again! The McGee Family❣️
This is my second Jeep purchased from Bald Hill. Mike Mardo has been my salesman for both. Buying a new car is no usually a fun experience but it definitely is at Bald Hill with Mike , Derek and all the amazing staff. The process was smooth from start to finish. For as long as I own a Jeep Bald Hill will always be first choice!!
