Bald Hill Kia

I’m thrilled with my new car and the exceptional service I received. Eric L, my salesman, was incredibly friendly and not pushy, unlike some other dealerships I’ve visited. He took his time, thoroughly reviewed everything with me, and answered all my questions. Thank you once again!

Excellent service! I bought a new Kia Sportage X line today. The sales guy Eric was very helpful and a straight shooter. I feel like I got a good deal and the car is awesome. Kia is the best value in mid size suz imo and has the best tech and styling. Thank you!

We just bought a Dodge Durango from here today! We had Eric as a salesman and he was fantastic the process was super easy and he was such a nice guy! Had some good laughs, shared some great stories, and walked away with our dream car!

The entire staff, from sales and finance to service, have been exceptional on every level. They make you feel like family, or part of the team. Prices and negotiations are fair. Product options are broad, which aligns the right vehicle(s) to your needs. There is zero pressure. Business is transacted with each side feeling positive. The experience is so good that I traveled thousands of miles to do business with Bald Hill dealerships multiple times. I highly recommend Bald Hill dealerships.

My wife and I recently visited Bald Hill Kia with the intent to lease a 2025 Niro EV, Wind. I test drove the specific vehicle that we were interested in along with the salesman, Eric Lunardelli. Eric did a great job showing us the cars features, as this was our first introduction to an electric vehicle. We were impessed with the car, so after a little back and forth, we were able to negotiate better terms for a 24-month lease than the advertised special on the Kia web site. I returned the next evening to pick up the vehicle. The finance manager, Ahmed Mansour, did an expert job showing me through all the required documents, as this was my first lease after 46 years of car ownership. He did not pressure me to purchase any additional options that were offered during the signing process. Eric had the vehicle charged and ready to go after I finished with the all the paper work. After some final instructions from Eric, I drove off with my new Niro EV. Its only been a week, but I'm really enjoying the Niro - the tech, the power, and all the advanced safety and convenience features the car offers. This is my second vehicle purchase from Bald Hill Kia. If you are in the market for a new or used vechicle, especially a Kia, I highly recommend that you stop in at Bald Hill and give their team a try.
