knowingly sold a car with a bad transmission to someone needing a car to transport their child and now they're out $1200 and no vehicle. when contacted only a couple weeks later about it they said ' you signed for it that its as is, nothing we can do ' yet didn't disclose that the transmission was bad.. that is trash as a business and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Purchased a 98 Honda civic 3 years ago and asked for the title. I was told if I needed it to come back and get it as it wasn't needed for registration in RI. Well now I need it and they are refusing to provide me the documentation requested the first time around and was told they are refusing to help me get the documentation I need to complete an out of state sale. They are only kind and courteous if there is money being exchanged. I will never go to them for another vehicle and blast them as long as I can.
