I can't express this business and family enough! Dean is my main man! My old car lasted as long as it did because of him and his mechanics. This family business is not about cheating you out your money. They are an honest hardworking family. Although my car engine finally died..I will be back again once I get my next car. I can't trust Noone else. Ya'll are stuck with me🤗
I bought the jeep originally from Dean Grasso, nice good and honest. Came back to them to get a headlight replaced and not only were they quick and honest but also did a tire patch as well. I’ll definitely be coming back to them again.
I recently purchased a vehicle from grassos. They were quick and efficient with the processes. got my title and registration all set for me and made sure the vehicle was up to my standard! great place!
Dean went above and beyond to ensure my experience, from beginning to end, was a positive one. If you're looking for a new ride, check these guys out first. Thanks again Dean!
Went because my brakes were making horrible screeching sounds. Dean tried to charge me $800 for ONE set of brakes. Made up things to charge me for $20/ “tire lock”. Thankfully I took my car to the dealership I bought it from and they let me know my tires never had locks. Just so happens it was right before Christmas… Long story short , I’ll NEVER go to them for business ever… Didn’t even bother to greet me when I told them I’d pick my car up instead… just left my keys on the front desk! Very rude and unprofessional!
