Kia of Attleboro

Stopped by the dealership with my wife on a nice sunny day to kick the tires and kill time. We met Andrew after a couple of minutes of walking the lot and wound up leaving with a brand new vehicle. I started be asking silly questions with no intention of making a purchase and Andrew flipped the script answered all my questions and bingo happy wife happy life. Andrew and the staff took the pain out of making a vehicle purchase. It took me longer to get a Starbucks coffee than making the vehicle purchase. Awesome painless experience.

Luis was a pleasure to work with. Very personable and relatable, would recommend him 100%. Kia was reasonable on trade in and worked with us to make sure we left happy. I didn't like I provided my Fico2 but credit was run twice. Finance department is a downfall especially for what is being sold. Its a can on wheels, but I bought it. Young woman in warranties (GET THE WARRANTY Electronics are an issue) She was very nice as well and again very personable. Overall experience was ideal.

I went in for an oil change and left with a new car. This is my 2nd time purchasing from Kia of Attleboro. My salesman Luis made me feel very comfortable and made this a stress free purchase. He was very knowledgeable and easygoing. He took the time to answer all my questions while I was deciding whether to lease or finance. He went above and beyond to assist me with this purchase. I would highly recommend Luis and Kia of Attleboro.

I paid $550 for them to run a full diagnostic on my vehicle to figure out a problem i was having with my car. im not super car-knowledgeable so I didnt go over their work so i brought my car to my dad whos a mechanic and this is what he found. -rat nest in my air intake -bent turbo -work they said they did looked untouched -different size wheels on my vehicle -rat nest debris in my innercooler i feel like i paid $500 for them to test drive my car and give a problem they THINK is the issue

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership. My vehicle broke down and I brought it to them expecting professional service and at least some basic level of support. Instead, I was met with indifference, poor communication, and zero willingness to help. They failed to repair the vehicle, which can happen, but what’s unacceptable is that they made absolutely no effort to assist me afterward. They refused to help move the car or offer any kind of solution, leaving me completely stranded. On top of that, they charged me $800 — including $200 for a diagnosis and $100 per day for storage — which is outrageous considering they provided no real help or resolution. It felt like they were more interested in charging fees than actually assisting a customer in need. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and showed no empathy whatsoever. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this place. I would never recommend this dealership under any circumstances.
