My 2012 Honda Fit was totaled by a distracted driver. I loved my Fit and I wasn’t ready to buy a new car, when the 2012 Fit was serving me just fine. I found many older Fits for sale online, but Car Town USA’s listing stood out. First, it had a manual transmission. I wasn’t expecting to find one. Second, it only had 44K miles on it and it was in excellent condition. I originally thought I’d get an older Fit but the quality of the 2019 Fit at Car Town USA stood out at a very reasonable price. Once I contacted Ray III he was very upfront about everything. Seeing the car and driving a “new” Fit sold me instantly. During the sale, Ray was clear what I needed to do and helped along the way. Couldn’t be a nicer guy to work with. I would recommend anyone who looking for a low-mileage quality used car to check out Car Town USA. They won’t disappoint you!

Car town dealership was a great overall experience. This was my first time buying from a dealership, and Ray and his father were both very helpful and welcoming. Their prices were fair, considering the low mileages on all the vehicles and they were very transparent about previous ownership and any previous work done on all of their vehicles. Every vehicle had a VIN, the carfax, and all the information you’d want to see when buying a car. They were incredibly helpful and eager to answer any questions I had about the process, and very patient. I would buy from them again and recommend their business to anyone in need of a reliable vehicle.

Prior to meeting Ray & Ray the thought of buying a used vehicle was daunting. We have dealt with local dealerships in the past for new and used cars, and it was always the same- lots of pressure , constant back and forth to get a “fair”price , and always a lack of honesty along the way. You don’t deal with any of this with this amazing father / son team. Ray took the time to listen to what we were looking for , always transparent, and extremely knowledgeable. We were corresponding through email and when it came time to go look at cars I was thinking.. this must be too good to be true. But that was far from the truth ! The experience was better than we ever thought. There was no pressure, price is what you see , and they don’t hound you like other dealerships tend to do. They are extremely selective with the cars on their lot and you can see how much work goes on behind the scenes. The process was flawless! When it came time to purchase it wasn’t 7 hrs and I didn’t have a stabbing headache! From test driving cars to the purchase the total time was a few hours. They will continue to have our business in the future and I’ll be recommending Car Town USA to our friends & family.
