Gemini Auto

Recently bought a new vehicle from Gemini. I am a returning customer. I have been so satisfied with no problems with my first car that I wanted to make sure this time I left a review that reflects my experience. I am not sure what happened with the people that left negative reviews but people like me get great service and go on with our lives. Unfortunately we don't sit around with nothing to do but run online to complain. If more satisfied people like me took time out to actually do these reviews I am sure Gemini Auto would be flooded with great ones. And so that is why I am taking the time to do it. Thanks to Michael and David for an awesomely smooth buying experience. No one enjoys the process of car buying and they definitely made it less of a headache for me. In no time I was in the perfect car for my family and I am sure I will love it just like the first one!

Worked with Mike at the Service Center and had a great experience. He made sure that we strategically investigated the problem on my Cadillac. The dealer was ready to charge me $1,650 for something that Mike discovered wasn't entirely necessary. He fixed one part of the equation that was the actual issue for around $160. This was even something another mechanic didn't consider, which is why I originally went to the dealer. Really great service and saving so much is very much appreciated!

Bought a car from them low mileage. Mike went above and beyond to help us! Him and Dave. Great guys great atmosphere good cars. Works with people that have less than perfect credit. Thanks guys! You did us a solid. I would recommend anyone to go here and I WILL be going back for another ride.

Total waste of time do not bother! Gave my husband the run around wanted way more of a down payment and made him wait for hours. Told him with his credit he wouldn’t get a truck for the monthly payments he was looking for. Needles to say I told them I wanted our deposit back went to Toyota and got a great deal for a newer model! Let with the truck the same day. Don’t waste your time.

I bought a vehicle here and the check engine light came on within 2 days. They said bring it back. They reset the light and it came on again within 20 miles. I brought it back. They said the minute I drove it off the lot it has no warranty. Charged me $678.00 to fix it and I had to bring it back 4 times for them to get it right. They should have covered repairs since light came on immediately after purchase. Lousy way to treat a customer. I would not buy a vehicle from these people.
