We had several bank (ours) issues due to a merger. He was understanding and quick about makes paperwork changes to please the new bank. The breaks were rubbing, and they just fixed them. I’ve taken my car to Dorman’s for service and repairs for several years, and they always do a great job at a fair price. Recently they went above and beyond with customer service to diagnose and repair the issue, working on the car several times until it was completely resolved. I had an amazing experience with Dormans! My husband and I have gone to Dormans in the past for regular maintenance on our cars. After getting into my first accident I was worried about my car being totaled or being taken advantage of. Dormans made sure my car was taken care of and made sure to fix my car better than I expected it to be! I was very impressed with their customer service and their level of commitment they had to making sure my car came back to me better than before. John was very kind, made sure I understood what was going on, and went above and beyond. Extremely happy with their service!

I had a accident and took my car to Dorman's. I met John Martins the autoshop manager. John put all my worries to rest. Anytime I had a question John was quick to respond. John has top notch customer service and I highly recommend them for all you auto needs! After my estimate I decided to get the rest of my car done, oil change and inspection ect. I was very happy with everything. They had a wonderful rental for me to use during the process! Thank you John, Dorman's will be the only place I'll take my car for any needs that arise! I was involved in a crash and doorman’s did an amazing job at making my car look, honestly, better than when I first got it. Not only was the service to my car amazing but the customer service was even better. When I got the doorman’s the day of the crash I was very distraught, but John was very kind to me and definitely made the process smooth sailing. They even went above and beyond and fixed some scratches and peeling paint that was unrelated to the crash. Overall great service and even better people, again another shout out to John for being the best!
