I purchased a toyota CHR 2020 and 8 months after that the transmission stopped worked and when I contacted them they told me that the only option they gave me it was to accept a credit from them to purchase a new car. The car was already paid off and the employee who "helped" wasn't helpful at all! I believe The vehicle only served me for eight months. I believe that when someone pays full price for a car, they should reasonably expect it to last at least two years or more. The option that was offered to me was $6,000 for the vehicle, but only if I purchased another car. However, how can I feel comfortable buying another vehicle when I do not know whether it will break down again within a few months? I had been recommending this dealership to many people, but unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my experience. I lost $15,000 on a vehicle that only lasted nine months.
