Great dealership with great deals and a friendly and easy car buying process! Better than any big dealership I’ve been too and they really make you feel like family
Friendly and helpful ! Had a great experience buying my jeep here and can’t say enough good things about the salesperson who helped me along in my search- from start to finish! Zero pressure, clear explanations with no tricks… stress free… took the time to understand my needs and wants , walked me through the steps and my options! Absolutely refreshing to work with someone who truly takes pride in what they do.
Not only is Urban rides the best used car lot it has the coolest owners! Brit and Yash are awesome and they find any way they can to help you and work with you! Thanks again Brit and Yash❤️👊
If you’re looking for a car and a place that is easy experience & purchase you need to come here. If I have any issue, question, concern or need advice/information she will respond immediately & have you come in immediately to handle it all flawlessly. My first experience financing a car & heard horror stories of other places & I was blessed to find her and have everything done in 10 mins & needed and oil change and immediately had it done. I’m telling you go here and you won’t regret it.
I cant say how wonderful Urban rides llc was to us. My bf bought us a car and the process was painless. A few weeks into owning the vehicle we ran into a issue. Thankfully our warranty covered the issue. But Urban rides took care of us. They went above and beyond what any dealership would of done for us. I can not thank them enough nor stress how caring, thoughtful, and helpful these wonderful people were. Go get yourself a new ride.
