We had been looking for a 3rd row SUV for a couple of years. We kept looking locally and only had Blaise Alexander dealerships to deal with which were all trying to rip us off. We decided to figure out a specific vehicle we wanted and start looking further to find it. We found Passariello's and they had what we wanted for a great price. Scott was who we met initially to test drive the car and he was super sweet, real easy going guy. I love that he was honest with us right off the bat about the strut needing replaced. Anyone else wouldnt have said anything because it was barely noticable. But that honesty right away definitely made us feel better about the whole transaction. Dom was also wonderful, he saved us some money and got everything around for us quickly and talked to us about the warranty that was included. They were a perfect balance between professional and easy going. They made us feel much more comfortable than other dealerships that made us feel like they were just trying to make a fortune off of us. 10/10 recommend. Well be recommending this place to everyone we know that needs a car. We definitely felt much better giving our money to a family owned smaller dealer.

As a single mother of two littles, I was in the market for a 2nd vehicle for emergencies/school/daycare transportation when my primary vehicle was disabled or in for extended service. At the time I found Passariello's listing for a Subaru WRX STI, a vehicle I'm quite familiar with having owned the WRX before(still having extra subie parts in my garage), I immediately requested the test drive. Both Dom and Leigh were an absolute pleasure to deal with, very transparent, and fully accommodating to maneuvering the test drive with my two little ones on site. There was no pressure to buy the vehicle, the vehicle sold itself after my first test drive. All preliminary checks were cleared and they replaced AC condenser & window motor prior to sale. Paperwork was the smoothest and most straight forward experience (having purchased multiple vehicles in the past). Unbeknownst to the dealership and myself, the vehicle had a headgasket issue that was only properly diagnosed months later (by a master tech at Subaru dealership) after reporting AC and heating issues multiple times shortly after purchase to various shops. I suspected thermostat or freon recharge, however the damaged headgasket set me back $7,500 right before Christmas. Gutted. After multiple outreaches to Passariellos, Dom and Leigh both remained transparent and backed up their vehicle, even offering to take the vehicle back (which could not be done at this point since already parted out at the dealership). In good business practice, in line with their outstanding reputation, a small credit back was offered towards the astronomical repair bill. Although the circumstances were quite unfortunate, this dealership will always stand behind their cars and even more so, behind their customers. Highly recommend. Thanks, Dom & Leigh!
