I would highly recommend Bernie Cap's Auto Sales for anyone looking for a reliable vehicle, great prices, and wonderful customer service. This week we stopped by to check out some vehicles and Joe was very helpful in assisting in finding a vehicle suitable to my needs and working with my finances to get me the best deal. The overall transaction was incredibly smooth, and Joe kept in contact through out the whole process, making us feel very welcome. A truly honest and great experience, resulting in me getting a not only a vehicle I love, but one that is safe for my newborn.
I am very happy with my choice of buying from Bernie Caps Auto Sales! Joe got me a great deal on the car and warranty and worked with me every step of the way. I will be back again if I should ever need a second car and will be recommending to everyone I know in the market for a car, to check there first! I love my new 2010 Toyota Yaris! Well not exactly new but the car runs like new and looks new inside and out. All in all, a great buy and worth the hour drive for such friendly service, and such a great first car!
The absolute best experience ever! Within an hour of filling out the online application I received a call from Joe. He took care of everything quicker than I have ever imagined. There was no back and forth nonsense that I came across from several other dealers before contacting Bernie Auto Sales. Joe got me in the car I wanted for the payment I needed with no problems or hidden prices anywhere. He was straight and to the point. I have never felt that comfortable in buying a car in my experience. I will definitely tell my friends and family to buy from Bernie!!!!!!!!
I just bought my first car through Bernie Caps and I am in love!! It is the fourth time my family has done business with Bernie's, and certainly not the last. They are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Both Joe and Bernie helped me through the process and made sure I was well-informed about the ins and outs of my vehicle. I highly recommend purchasing a car through Bernie Caps.
I had a great experience buying a SUV through Bernie Caps. The entire staff was knowledgeable and very nice. When my old SUV died unexpectedly I was more than a little stressed about buying a new car. They were patient with me, had several cars and SUV's in my price range and really worked to help me get a reliable vehicle with a reasonable payment. I can't recommend them enough! Thank you so much Bernie Caps my son & I love my new truck!
