Let me start off by saying this whole experience was entirely unexpected. I scheduled an appointment with Ramon, just to have my car appraised and talk about options, I fully planned on checking into other local Hyundai dealerships. That being said, I ended up getting there about 30 minutes early and a different salesman helped me. Please believe me when I say this, Sandro was the BEST car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. He worked incredibly hard with his managers to get my car payments where I wanted them. They originally tried to give me a lower amount than what I wanted for my trade in (as do most dealerships) but, I stood firm on the price I wanted for it. Between Sandro and Ramon, they made it happen. Ramon even ordered the car in the exact color I wanted! After agreeing, John in finance came out to sign the deal. John was very sweet and personable right off the bat. He made me feel very comfortable and listened to my concerns. (I’ve had a very bad experience before at another dealership). He assured me that everything we had agreed upon would be the case. The car took about a week to arrive, as they did not have the specific one I wanted on the lot. The day before I went to sign the final paper work and pick up the car, I called finance and spoke with John again to make sure everything was in order before I came in the next day. He assured me once again that everything will be as agreed upon, but that he will unfortunately be off the day I was coming in. He then told me that if I had any problems at all to have them call him for me on his day off, that right there says a lot about the kind of person he is, but thankfully no calls were made. Sandro worked incredibly hard gathering all the information I needed to make the paperwork go a lot easier. By him being so proactive, he had saved me a lot of time and was very considerate in expediting the process, so I can go enjoy my new car. I greatly appreciate this dealership for hiring two of the best people I have ever encountered when buying a car. I can not speak more highly about them. Please request Sandro as your salesman and John in finance, you will not regret it. Thank you for making such stressful situation a lot less stressful!

I recently purchased a 26 Hyundai Santa Cruz and my experience was amazing. I felt very comfortable with my purchase. Our salesman was very friendly and enthusiastic without being pushy. I went in there with an idea of what I wanted and between the salesman Mr. Delgado and the finance guy Mr. Tooson they got me a brand new Santa Cruz took my trade and managed to get my payment within my price range.
