Today I went to car lotta had a good experience Dylan at the blakely location was awesome he said he would do all he could do to try and get me approved, I tell you what I was shocked I got approved so quick did some paper work and left the dealer with my new kia very happy will recommend to others.

At first I was excited I’m thinking I’m getting this great deal but now I’ve had my car for about a 9 months to a year and it is falling apart. EVERYTHING is wrong with it and I’m expected to pay a weekly car payment plus continuing to pay to get it fixed. I have put wayyyy too much money into this vehicle.

I was approved, and told to come in to view and test drive. When I arrive, I was told most of the cars were spoken for, and only two cars left older model cars and high mileage. Then they were not sure of when more cars were coming. But they would follow up with me via phone. I would drive pass the dealership and see new cars daily but no follow up call. Decided to take my service/money else where because I felt a bias from staff once I came into the dealership. Plus excuse after excuse when I called. Even lied and told me a car was purchase but when I called another staff told me it wasn’t. Horrible service
