Lorenzo is amazing. He literally helps every time I call. Forget the bad things you hear. Every experience is different but my experience was amazing. And I also can't forget about Margaret. The lady that runs the repairs. She's always busy but she take care of you when she get around to you. So far so good. I was in a complete panic mode when I talked to Thomas. I have 5 kids, all in activities, or that have work and my car decided it didn't want to be useful anymore. I was able to go in, talk to Thomas and leave with a new car. Awesome service 👏 thank you*** edit 5months into having the car..**** while the service dept was easy, the actual car itself is a nightmare. 10days after having the car, the wipers,alarms,lights,windows all continue to run even when off.. the car makes horrible rattling sounds when going over any small bumps, it struggles to accelerate. Water comes in from the passenger side roof when raining, and to top all that off, the entire tire snapped off while I was driving with my son. It's horrible.
