I went to Gary Barbera because they had both vehicles I was interested in. I’m so glad I did!! My salesman Jason was great! He had such a positive attitude and made sure I was comfortable and happy. Best customer service!! Bought my first Jeep yesterday and let me tell ya it was the best experience Iv ever had! My salesman Joe was amazing, helped me through the process of picking out the perfect Jeep for me and I couldn’t be happier! Worst experience by far. I took my car for a simple recall advised by MOPAR. I was not contacted for an entire week after leaving a text and voicemails I was told a week later once I was able to reach an agent in service, that my car was stolen and that they gave my car to someone who signed it out. Despite being told it was stolen I had to call the police. When I got to the dealer my car was magically there, but I then was told they lost my keys. I had to then advocate for a new Key fob after saying I was uncomfortable taking my car not knowing who else had my FOB. I was not offered anything for the mishap nor did I receive an apology the entire time I was there. I even spoke to a supervisor who made me feel like I was unheard and that this was something they routinely go through(missing keys). I still had to advocate for a new fob and again was not offered nothing more or even an apology. I received my car and that they didn’t have the audacity to clean the snow off my Jeep. Worst service ever! DO NOT TAKE YOUR HERE!
